CRAB CASSEROLE
1 can crabmeat
1/4lb. butter
1/2lb. Velvetta cheese, cubed
2cups rice, cooked
2 eggs
2cups milk
Mix together all ingredients. Place in casserole and bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour.

Top with Cream of Mushroom soup.

Yield: approximately 8 servings.
